In the State of Texas, school aged students in public funded schools are assessed on their academics through a series of tests called the STAAR.  Texas Education Agency's website shares that STAAR stands for the State  of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness. The STAAR is a series of tests that became active in 2012, and is developed and created by TEA staff, educators, and subject matter experts. The subjects tested are: reading, writing, math, science, and social studies.

In the Spring Term, we offer Tutoring and Preparation for the STAAR exams to help students to better prepare to take the exams. Seating is limited.
